====== Ruler ======
If feature is enabled, the editor shows control area on top of document for columns orientation.

The option can be controlled as for specific syntax with [[options:syntax:display|corresponding syntax option]] as for specific document with help of View -> Editor (file specific) -> Ruler. 

You can also disable enable it with help of context menu, for text editor top border area.
