====== Hover ToolTip Delay ======
When you hover the mouse over some blocks in text editor area (as hidden text in outlined section, bookmarks, quick info over function command names) HippoEDIT display explanation ToolTip not immediately but with some delay.
  
You can adjust value of the delay before displaying of hovering ToolTip using XML flag in **settings.xml**:

where value of //HoveringDelay// controls delay before showing tooltip (in milliseconds).\\
Default is 1000 millisecond equal to 1 second.
